Need help now?
If a feature, document, or interaction creates a barrier, contact us. We will work with you to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative while we investigate the underlying issue.
1. Our commitment
Ultraground is committed to improving the accessibility and usability of its public website. Our current design and development target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. This is a target and continuous improvement standard—not a certification or a claim that every page or third-party experience currently conforms in every respect.
2. Our approach
As the site evolves, our accessibility work includes:
- using semantic page structure, descriptive headings, labels, and link text;
- supporting keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators;
- providing text alternatives for meaningful imagery and treating decorative imagery appropriately;
- maintaining readable contrast, responsive layouts, text resizing, and reduced-motion support;
- making form instructions, validation, and status messages available to assistive technology; and
- including accessibility review in ongoing design, engineering, and content updates.
Automated tools can help identify issues, but they do not replace manual and assistive-technology testing. We expect to continue auditing and improving the experience over time.
3. Third-party content
Some links lead to customer market sites or services operated by third parties, including Calendly, Beehiiv, and LinkedIn. We do not control every aspect of those experiences, but we welcome reports about a third-party barrier encountered while trying to access an Ultraground service and will help identify an alternative when reasonably possible.
4. Feedback and alternative access
To report an accessibility barrier or request information in another format, contact Ultraground Inc. at support@ultraground.com or (512) 655-9309.
Please describe the page or material, the barrier you encountered, the assistive technology and browser you were using if relevant, and the format or assistance you need. You do not need to disclose a disability. We will acknowledge the report and work toward a timely response based on the nature and complexity of the issue.
5. Updates
We will update this statement as our accessibility program, website, or contact information changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
